Job description, role and responsibilities:

- All work relating to Trademark, Design, 

  Copyright etc. 

- Drafting of notices; Opposition related

  documents viz. Counter Statements, Evidence;     various IP related Agreements etc. 

- Vetting of documents, counselling, drafting

  opinions and research.

- Attending and arguing matters before the

   Registry / Controller / various judicial forums.

gain experience independently.  

 

Desired Candidate Profile 

• Must have an excellent command of English language and decent drafting skill.

• Research and analytical ability.

• Inclination to learn and ability to work independently. 

• Good communication skill.

• Preferably, knowledge of IP office procedure but not mandatory.

• must work as a team member.
