Education and Experience:He is a graduate in Law from the University of Mumbai (Bombay). He is a Registered Patent Agent and admitted to the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa States under the Bar Council of India. Mr. Bhuta provides his professional legal opinion on various IPR and Commercial issues both domestically and internationally in about 90 countries around the world, he advises several international and domestic MNCs, corporations, SMEs, trusts, Startups and Innovators on various IP fields. He is also concerned with the litigation practice of the Firm. He is armed with vast corporate experience of over a decade (in a large TATA Group company) especially in matters relating to Indian and foreign Intellectual Properties and other Commercial legal matters related to IPRs, Commercial Contracts, JVs, mergers, acquisitions and spin offs before he ventured into independent Legal practice in IPRs and Commercial Contracts.
Mr Bhuta has authored several articles and is also a regular faculty in various seminars and has presented papers on IPRs in India, Singapore and USA. He is on the panel of “Asian Lawyers’, a News Paper on Legal field published monthly from Singapore as a contributor from India.
He has also been featured as one of the Top 50 IP lawyers in India in 2013 by India Business Law Journal.

Electrical Engineer from internationally famed IIT, Kharagpur and a Registered Patent Agent. Mr. Chaudhury, with his experience of over 30 years, efficiently deals with all matters relating to Indian, PCT and other foreign Patents and Designs matters. He specializes in electrical and electronic Patents. He is well trained in the searching of various patent databases. He also advises Clients on various patent and IP management matters.

Experience:Mr Shah has considerable experience in Patent search, prosecution of patent applications. He is also involved in advising clients on filing methods, infringement related queries and protection of IPRs. He also has significant experience in trademark and copyright matters and oppositions.
Ms. Burde is a Pharmacy graduate and a Registered Indian Patent Agent. She has extensive experience as a Patent Analyst in a leading IP Consulting Firm. Over last few years, she has about 8 Patent Grants with the USPTO to her credit while more than 35 Patents are Published and undergoing Examination. She has been involved in drafting of more than 85 patents (including PPA and NPA) and has handled more than 15 office actions single handedly for different jurisdictions.
Mr. Tiwari has completed his Bachelors of Engineering (Electronics & Communication Engineering) and is a Registered Patent Agent. He is an experienced Patent agent with a leading IP Consulting Firm and has been involved in the drafting of more than 45 patents (including PPA and NPA) and has handled a number of office actions single handedly for different jurisdictions.
Graduated in Commerce from the University of Bombay, graduate in Law from the University of Bombay and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Ms. Bhuta has to her credit extensive corporate experience in Indian and foreign Commercial Laws including IPRs. She advises Clients on various commercial issues such as registrations of Companies, Company name feasibility, name cancellations, copyright issues and is also involved in the drafting and reviewing of various contracts and documents. She also heads all prosecution matters in the Commercial division of the firm.

Ms. Khobragade has, for over a decade actively involved in all issues relating to Intellectual Property especially Trademarks, trade dress, copyright, designs, domain names, internet and patent related matters involving both contagious and non contagious. She has extensive experience in prosecution, drafting, arguing in opposition, cancellation and infringement actions, criminal and civil enforcements of IP rights involving infringements, counterfeit goods and passing off issues. In addition, she advises clients on the adoption and management of Trademark and copyrights and their portfolios. She is well versed in prosecuting trademark applications globally.
She is also closely involved in Drafting and Vetting of various agreements for India as well as Internationally involving various industries covering consumer products, IT/software, pharmaceuticals, research and entertainments industries. She is also actively involved in writing articles for various legal journals specifically relating to the latest IP issues. She has fine experience of successfully handling and obtaining favorable orders in a number of domain name issues before the “World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Arbitration and Meditation Center” at international level.
Ms. Khatib has graduated in Management Studies with specialization in Finance from University of Mumbai and is presently pursuing Law & Company Secretary (Final) – Specialization in IPR from ICSI. Having experience of over a decade she spearheads International Division of A & A and has developed an extensive skill and experience in advising and prosecution of International Portfolios of trademarks, designs and copyrights for large corporates. She is actively involved in the licensing and assignment of various International Trademarks and advices clients on such transactions.

Mr. Tiwari is armed with over 15 years of experience in dealing with availability search, filing, prosecution, monitoring and watch services of Trademarks, Copyrights and Design matters.
